Low Waste Etsy Shop Picks

In the spirit of supporting small businesses, which is more important than ever at the moment, today I wanted to create a post about my Etsy ‘Low Waste Shop’ picks, I’ve either bought from, lusting after or eyeing up! I find Etsy such a great platform to buy from, with endless aesthetically pleasing shops; I’ve bought a fair few nice little treats over the past few weeks, as like I said, it’s so important now to support small businesses, so here’s a few of my favs!

The Zero Waste Maker
A Low Waste shop with everything you need to add to your basket if you’re transitioning to more conscious buying, with reusable products such as tissues or makeup pads. I have a few items in my basket at the moment, myself, that I want to buy from very soon. The shop combines quality low waste products with an incredibly cute aesthetic, the patterns on some of the makeup pads are adorable!

Fiber and Floss Studio
Having followed the shop as well as its owner, Amyleigh, on Instagram for some time, I finally bought an embroidery last week and absolutely adore it! Being handcrafted as well as having eco-friendly packaging means its a timepiece that’ll last a lifetime as well as being Low Waste. I bought the horoscope embroidery (virgo) as a little ‘to me, from me’ gift and could not recommend the shop enough!

Willowood UK
Another recent discovery with a whole host of lovely low waste items! Just having a quick look and there are a fair few things I’m eyeing up for when items I currently use, run out; some reusable kitchen roll being the next on my list to transition to. Willowood is definitely a recommendation for low waste homeware bits.

Eco Habit
If you’re thinking of transitioning to using beeswax wraps instead of wasteful clingfilm, Eco Habit have a whole host of beeswax wraps in a range of lovely patterns for an incredibly low price. At £10.31 for 3 that is one of the most competitive prices I’ve seen for these wraps which is amazing! Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for some, to add to your kitchen.

Margo in Margate
A finally pick is, despite not necessarily being Low Waste per say, but nonetheless a Etsy Shop pick that’s definitely worth a mention is ‘Margo in Margate’. The hand-painted prints of abstract women with quotes such as ‘Be Kind’ amongst others are so eye-catching, with an art-deco style, would brighten up any home! Once I move out of my currently student flat into a new place, a print of hers is most definitely going to be proudly hung up.
